Preschool Lead Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs for students in a daycare setting. Your role will involve utilizing learning technology, developing lesson plans, and providing guidance to students. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities - Utilize learning technology to enhance the learning experience for students - Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members - Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of students with special education requirements - Implement behavioral therapy techniques when necessary - Foster positive relationships with students to promote their social and emotional development - Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline in accordance with established policies - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field - Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting - Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices - Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment - Proficiency in using learning technology tools and software We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
