Preschool Lead Teacher

Job Overview

We are seeking a 4 year old lead teacher to join our team (8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday availability is required). The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in childhood development. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young learners.

**Duties:**

• Provide a loving Christian environment for the children.
• Create and provide written lesson plans and coordinate them with the director and other teaching staff.
• Be a leader in meeting the needs of every child in your classroom daily.
• Maintain a clean and orderly classroom.
• Follow all state guidelines.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
