Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development for preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, physical education, and overall childhood development.
Duties
- Educate preschool children through engaging lesson plans that align with developmental milestones.
- Teach physical education activities to enhance children's motor skills and promote healthy habits.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess children's progress.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's development and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space that reflects the children's work and interests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to maintain order while promoting positive behavior
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
