What You’ll Do:

• Design play-based, engaging learning experiences.
• Create a safe, joyful environment where children feel respected, and families feel welcomed.
• Partner with families to share progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and the leadership team to keep ideas fresh and classrooms thriving.
• Bring the Circle of Care philosophy to life with every child.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in a childcare or early childhood setting (required)
• BS/Associates degree preferred
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children and families
• Passion, creativity, and a love for helping young learners grow
