Preschool Lead Teacher (Toddler Teacher, Pre-Kindergarten Teacher)

Are you passionate about helping early age kids? you are at the right place. We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to join our team and provide a stimulating, nurturing and safe learning environment for our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing positive guidance to children in their care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children (3 to 6 years), be passionate about teaching, and have excellent communication skills.

Minimum Requirement

5 years of experience in a child care center or a home based day care in Washington sate. Experience needs to be verifiable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of the students.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Promote positive behavior and social skills in the classroom.
• Encourage creativity and problem solving in the classroom.
• Assess student progress on a regular basis.
• Maintain records of student progress.
