Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher or School Age Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Lead daily activities that promote childhood development milestones, including toddler care, preschool activities, and school-age programs.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain an organized and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Incorporate specialized educational strategies such as Montessori methods or early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with team members to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation and individualized tutoring when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or school-age settings; prior classroom experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early intervention practices.
- Demonstrated ability in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and lesson planning tailored to diverse learners.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; Montessori certification is a plus.

Pay: $15.90 - $26.44 per hour
