Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher or School Age Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
• Lead daily activities that promote childhood development milestones, including toddler care, preschool activities, and school-age programs.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain an organized and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Incorporate specialized educational strategies such as Montessori methods or early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with team members to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation and individualized tutoring when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in preschool or school-age settings; prior classroom experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early intervention practices.
• Demonstrated ability in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and lesson planning tailored to diverse learners.
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; Montessori certification is a plus.
