Preschool Lead Toddler Teacher

As a lead teacher the duties are:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and a productive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

```Requirements```

- 45 DCF Hours

-Child Development Associate Certificate ( CDA) preferred
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special education needs
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques to provide additional support to students as needed
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
