Nursery Manager / Early Years Director (Bilingual)

A bilingual nursery (Arabic–English) located in Al-Mutlaa city مدينة المطلاع is announcing one vacancy only for the position of Nursery Manager / Early Years Director.

We are seeking an outstanding educational leader with strong expertise in early childhood education, capable of overseeing both academic, building our brand, quality assurance, have know how to manage a nursery, set a British program, training the new teacher, put a hard system and administrative operations in line with the highest professional standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of seven (7) years proven experience in managing nurseries or kindergartens

Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory

Strong knowledge of administrative, organisational, and educational operations

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop teams

Strong planning, monitoring, and decision-making skills

Creativity in developing educational programmes and activities

Commitment to regulations and maintaining a professional learning environment
