Preschool pk2.5 Spanish Immersion Teacher

Position Summary: Preschool Teacher- Age 2.5 (Spanish Immersion)

Jump Immersion School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Preschool Teacher to support students in a language immersion environment. This role is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in
Spanish while fostering students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment, implement positive classroom management strategies, and support early childhood development aligned with Creative Curriculum, New Jersey state standards, and the Jump teaching philosophy. Instruction incorporates hands-on learning and language immersion strategies, including Total Physical Response (TPR).

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team player who builds meaningful relationships with students and families, monitors student progress, and maintains an organized and engaging classroom environment. This position also requires active collaboration with colleagues and participation in school events and ongoing professional responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Background in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must meet NJ licensing requirements, including background clearance

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
