Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic & Curriculum Leadership
- Oversee implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Ensure lesson plans support holistic development (cognitive, emotional, social, and physical).
- Introduce innovative teaching-learning practices to enhance early childhood education.
- Monitor classroom activities and provide feedback to teachers.
2. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and support staff.
- Conduct staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Evaluate teacher performance and ensure effective classroom management.
- Promote teamwork, motivation, and a positive work environment.
3. Student Development & Safety
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Monitor children’s overall growth, identifying developmental milestones and areas needing support.
- Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and health protocols.
- Manage behavior guidance and conflict resolution in a positive manner.
4. Parent & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Organize parent engagement programs, events, and workshops.
- Address parent concerns with empathy and professionalism.
5. Administration & Operations
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, transport and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and school infrastructure effectively.
- Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and special programs.
6. Vision & Leadership
- Promote the school’s mission, values, and philosophy of early childhood education.
- Set goals for academic excellence, student well-being, and staff growth.
- Foster an environment of respect, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education / B.Ed.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool/primary Principal.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with children, staff, and parents with patience and empathy.
- Knowledge of early childhood pedagogy, curriculum design, and child psychology.
- Proficiency in technology for school administration and communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
