FULL-TIME, ON-SITE POSITION IN AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) / Child Development / Education / Psychology
· Diploma or certification in Montessori / Kindergarten / Nursery Teacher Training preferred
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature (BA/MA English Literature) is an advantage
· 3–5 years of experience in pre-primary or early years teaching, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
· Deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy, child development stages, and play-based learning approaches
· Proficiency in early literacy and numeracy concepts, including phonics, pre-reading, pre-writing, and language development
· Familiarity with NEP 2020, NCF-FS, and CBSE/ICSE early years curriculum expectations
· Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor a team of teachers and support staff
· Strong classroom management and observation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English
· Creativity in designing learning environments and activity-based experiences
· High organisational skills with attention to documentation, planning, and parent communication
· Comfort with basic computer applications – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat
· Strong work ethic, empathy, and professionalism in interactions with children, staff, and parents
· Acute attention to detail

Responsibilities:
· Leading the development, review, and enhancement of pre-primary and early childhood content for digital and print use
· Reviewing lesson plans, activity guides, and worksheets to ensure developmental appropriateness and pedagogical accuracy
· Providing academic feedback and guidance to content developers and junior SMEs on tone, structure, and learning progression
· Designing and refining teacher training modules for early childhood educators, aligned with NEP 2020 and global best practices
· Conducting internal teacher training sessions and workshops on classroom practices, language development, and pedagogy
· Collaborating with the academic, product, and design teams to create visually engaging and interactive learning resources
· Contributing to assessment design and review for early learning outcomes and school-readiness skills
· Supporting creation of teacher manuals, facilitator guides, and classroom implementation plans
· Ensuring all content reflects inclusivity, creativity, and alignment with early learning principles
· Conducting content audits and quality assurance checks for grammar, factual accuracy, and child-centred learning design
· Providing structured feedback to junior SMEs, teachers, and writers for continuous improvement
· Coordinating timelines, project priorities, and workflow among academic and design teams
· Staying updated with new research, global early years frameworks, and educational technology tools
· Representing the organisation in school workshops or training demonstrations as needed
