Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging and educational classroom experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a safe, clean, and positive learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s growth and progress.
• Engage children in interactive and creative learning experiences.
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates on their child’s development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a smooth center operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) preferred.
• Previous experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
• Ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
