We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic

**Preschool Teacher** to inspire and nurture young learners (ages 2–5). The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment, fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

.**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Teaching & Learning*** Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities.
* Use play-based, experiential, and creative teaching methods to engage children.
* Assess and track each child’s progress and development.

**2. Classroom Management*** Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
* Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence.
* Manage classroom resources, learning materials, and activity setups.

**3. Parent Engagement*** Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress.
* Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide guidance on early childhood development.
* Address parent queries and concerns professionally.

**4. Professional Development & Collaboration*** Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff for coordinated learning experiences.
* Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school activities.
* Stay updated with the latest early childhood education methodologies.

**Qualifications & Skills:*** Minimum qualification: **Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd) or equivalent.**
* Prior experience of 1–3 years as a preschool teacher preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching young children.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office or digital learning tools is a plus.

**Working Days:** Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
