Preschool Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves implementing engaging curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and social skills while ensuring the well-being of each child in our care.

Duties

• Manage classroom activities effectively to maintain an organized and positive learning environment.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to support children's social and emotional development.
• Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
• Foster communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
• Conduct assessments to monitor children's growth and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
• Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management is highly desirable.
• Experience with special education or early intervention programs is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with standardized testing and assessment methods in early childhood education is beneficial.
