Job Description: Preschool Teacher at Kangaroo Kids International PreSchool

Location: Electronic city phase 1, Bangalore 560100

Reports to: Centre head

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities based on the Kangaroo Kids International Preschool framework.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child.
• Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous experience in early childhood education is a plus.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Must be located in or around Electronic City.
