Job Description:
- Assessing students' academic and social development, maintaining necessary records, creating progress reports and meeting emotional needs while being sensitive to the child's feelings and actions.
- Facilitating the all-around development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential.
- Supporting the development of the children within the curriculum. Producing accurate and effective observations to assess the children’s progress and their effectiveness
- Using a variety of resources representing multiple perspectives and addressing the individual needs of children with different levels and types of ability. Providing reassurance to new children to enable a smooth transition.
- Utilizing a range and balance of planning, teaching, and assessment (recording and reporting) strategies. Execute Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practice
- Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers. Actively communicating with team members and creating an inclusive environment for the staff, students and parents.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate, Preferably certified in early years education
- Experience- Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
- Organizational skills: Highly organized, able to plan and organize daily activities, and manage administrative tasks.
- Creativity and flexibility: Creative and flexible, able to adapt to the changing needs of young children and create engaging and fun learning experiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: good listener with attention to detail in case of children, patient, ability to remain calm even in challenging situations, good conflict resolution skills and empathetic.
