Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with young children and a commitment to providing a high-quality early childhood education experience. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering positive relationships with children and parents, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for young children (ages 3-5).
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Develop and maintain strong communication with parents regarding children’s progress and needs.
• Monitor and assess children’s growth and development, documenting milestones and concerns.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the success of each child.
• Provide individualized attention and support to children as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure (if required by state).
• At least [1-2] years of experience working with young children (preferred).
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
