Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education, strong classroom management skills, and a desire to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum

• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources to support student growth

• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback

• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s development

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records

Qualifications:

• 12 ECE Units required

• State teaching certification or licensure

• Previous experience in early childhood education or daycare setting

• Strong knowledge of literacy and math concepts for preschoolers

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

• Familiarity with classroom and behavior management techniques

• Ability to conduct standardized testing and assessments

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in private school settings

• Background in tutoring or early intervention programs
