Preschool Teacher

Caughlin Club Kidz is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to work with children ages 4 through Kindergarten. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports each child’s growth socially, emotionally, and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities aligned with preschool and kindergarten readiness standards
• Create a warm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintain classroom routines, behavior guidance, and positive discipline practices
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children’s progress and needs
• Maintain accurate classroom records, lesson plans, and observations
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health, and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership team

Qualifications:

• Experience working with preschool to kindergarten-aged children
• Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage children through creative learning and play-based activities
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must meet all state licensing and background requirements

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
