Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2–6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and concept-based learning.
• Ensure classroom discipline and maintain a positive environment.
• Provide individual attention to each child.
• Monitor and record children’s progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development.
• Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
• Maintain classroom materials and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Follow school policies and curriculum guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English & local language preferred).
• Creativity and enthusiasm.
• Patience and strong classroom management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Preferred)
• Freshers can apply
• Prior preschool experience will be an added advantage

Salary:

As per experience and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
