Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and educational environment for young children. The candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development, provide a nurturing atmosphere where children can learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking in children through various activities and games.
• Supervise and interact with children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure safety and well-being.
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide individual attention as needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and center policies.
• Promote and implement positive discipline strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience working with young children (preschool or early childhood education).
• Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with children.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
