As a Christian Preschool Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the growth and development of children in their early years. You’ll create a vibrant classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction. Your expertise in early childhood education will help guide our little learners through engaging activities that promote literacy, math, and physical education while ensuring their emotional and social well-being.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters holistic childhood development.
• Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical activities tailored to preschoolers.
• Maintain structure within your classroom.
• Manage classroom dynamics by employing effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention techniques.
• Foster strong communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progress and classroom activities.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and prepare them for standardized testing as required.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
• Drivers License
• Social Security Card
• High School Diploma/GED/College Transcript

Preferred qualifications

• CPR/First Aid
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning specific to preschool education.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques and tutoring strategies.
