Preschool Teacher

Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, sincere, and responsible Montessori Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children and believes in nurturing them with patience and positivity. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle children with care, empathy, and confidence.

Training in Montessori methodology will be provided by us.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom environment
• Handle children (2–6 years) with patience, empathy, and emotional sensitivity
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain classroom discipline with kindness and structure
• Participate in school activities, events, and curriculum planning

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong classroom and child-handling skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Graduation preferred (ECCEd/Montessori certification is a plus but not mandatory)
