Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where young children can develop essential social, cognitive, and motor skills. As a Preschool Teacher, you will work with children aged 2-6 years, guiding them through their early educational journey using age-appropriate play, activities, and lessons. This position requires someone who is patient, creative, and enthusiastic about fostering a love of learning in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging participation and collaboration among students. Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a respectful, orderly environment,
• Facilitate play-based learning activities that help children develop essential skills such as problem-solving, communication, and cooperation.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development to identify their strengths and areas that need improvement. Use this information to adjust teaching strategies and provide targeted support to each child.
• Stay up to date on best practices in early childhood education and participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
