Preschool Teacher

Job Title: Pre-School & Day Care TeacherJob Summary:

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and responsible Pre-School & Day Care Teacher to nurture and educate young children in a safe and engaging learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for planning age-appropriate activities, ensuring children’s safety, and supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans and activities suitable for pre-school children (2–5 years).
• Conduct fun-based learning sessions including rhymes, storytelling, art & craft, games, and basic academic concepts.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
• Monitor and record children’s progress and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
• Support children with feeding, toilet training, and basic care (Day Care section).
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and behavior.
• Organize school events, celebrations, and activity days.
• Maintain attendance records and daily activity reports.
• Follow school policies, child protection guidelines, and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (NTT / ECCEd preferred).
• Experience in pre-school or day care is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of child development and early education methods.
• Ability to handle young children with care and discipline.

Working Hours:

As per school and day care schedule.
