Duties

• Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Collaborate with families to support each child's unique needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to daycare or preschool schedules.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Incorporate child welfare practices to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all students at all times.

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or private school settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
• Experience working with children requiring special education or behavioral support is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Montessori or other specialized teaching methodologies preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage parents in their child's growth.
