Preschool Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will speak spanish and English, have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes holistic development.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning.
• Utilize Montessori methods or other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior management, and classroom activities.
• Conduct standardized testing as required to assess student development and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience across the school.
• Provide individualized tutoring and support for students as needed to help them reach their full potential.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

Requirements

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in preschool, daycare, or private school settings is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in curriculum development and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with standardized testing processes in early childhood education is a plus.
• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
