Preschool Teacher

Position:
Transylvania County Schools seeks a preschool teacher for Brevard Elementary School.
Job Summary:
Position is available for the 2026-27 school year with the start date of August 17, 2026. Position is full-time and includes employment benefits plus a local supplement of 9.0%; 10-month employment term.
Qualifications:
Applicants for the positions must hold or be eligible to hold NC licensure in area 014 (Birth through Kindergarten). The applicant must be "highly qualified" in the license area pursuant to federal No Child Left Behind regulations.
