Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their formative years. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including Montessori and other pedagogical approaches.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children.
  • Manage classroom activities, behavior, and routines to promote positive behavior management and smooth daily operations.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate lessons covering literacy education, math, physical education, and other foundational skills.
  • Collaborate with families to support child welfare, developmental milestones, and individualized learning plans, including special education and early intervention strategies.
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, attendance, and behavioral observations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and special education practices.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development tools such as literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators.
  • Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate classroom management strategies and behavioral guidance techniques.
  • Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
