Overview
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team! In this role, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You’ll plan fun, hands-on activities that support early learning while encouraging creativity, curiosity, and confidence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, developmentally appropriate principles to support holistic childhood development.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental needs of preschoolers and toddlers.
- Manage classroom activities efficiently to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth transitions throughout the day.
- Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and welfare.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development theories, and classroom management techniques.
- Experience in curriculum development that integrates literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Proven ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Expertise in behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents and colleagues.
- Classroom experience in child care or private school settings is highly desirable. This role is ideal for passionate educators eager to foster a joyful learning environment where every child can thrive!
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
