Preschool Lead Teacher – Full-Time- Sign on Bonus Available

Especially for Children in Edina at Edinborough is seeking a caring and experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to join our teaching team. This full-time position is a great opportunity for a teacher-qualified candidate who enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a supportive, play-based learning environment.

This position is for candidates who meet Minnesota Lead Teacher qualifications. We are not currently hiring for aide positions at this location.

Sign-On Bonus
$1,000 for candidates with a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
$750 for teacher-qualified candidates without a degree
Bonus paid in two installments after 30 and 60 days of employment

What We’re Looking For
Meets Minnesota Lead Teacher qualifications (required)
Has experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting or school
Holds a degree, CDA, or college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field (candidates with relevant coursework may qualify)
Relates positively and professionally with young children and families
Is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and responsive classroom environment
Can plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and routines
Works well as part of a collaborative, supportive team
