<Job Summary>
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes early childhood development, literacy, social skills, and curiosity. <Responsibilities>

  • Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including curriculum development and Montessori methods.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and social interaction among children.
  • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and support children’s emotional well-being.
  • Engage in ongoing assessment of children’s progress through observations, standardized testing, and documentation to tailor instruction accordingly.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
  • Incorporate literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other developmental areas into daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with childcare regulations and educational standards.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior preschool experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and Montessori or similar educational philosophies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
  • Knowledge of standardized testing procedures related to early childhood education and literacy instruction.
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a nurturing environment that supports child welfare.
  • Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; coursework or training in special education is a plus.
