Preschool Teacher

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Year-Round

Your Role

• Create and deliver engaging, play-based lesson plans that spark a love of learning.
• Support children's social, emotional, and academic development every single day.
• Use creative teaching methods — storytelling, sensory play, movement, music, and more.
• Maintain a warm, structured daily schedule that balances learning, play, meals, and rest.
• Build an inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and celebrated.
• Track and document each child's progress using school assessment tools.
• Partner with families through warm, consistent communication about their child's growth.
• Uphold all health, safety, and emergency protocols to ensure student well-being.

Who You Are

• You have experience working with young children and it shows — kids light up around you.
• You are patient, energetic, reliable, and bring your whole heart to work.
• You communicate clearly and kindly with children, families, and colleagues.
• You are a lifelong learner who welcomes feedback and professional growth.
• DCF 45-hour training, CDA credential, or a degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Must successfully complete a Level II Background Screening through Florida's clearinghouse.
