<Duties>

  • Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods and other pedagogical approaches

  • Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and social interaction among children
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists in special education and early intervention to support individual student needs
  • Manage classroom routines efficiently, including toddler care routines and daily activity schedules
  • Foster communication skills through storytelling, tutoring, and interactive activities that promote language development

  • Strong background in early childhood education with preschool experience and classroom management expertise
  • Proficiency in curriculum development across various domains such as literacy, math, physical education, and childcare practices
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies
  • Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds, including toddlers and students requiring special education or early intervention services
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools for young learners
  • Ability to plan lessons that incorporate Montessori techniques or other innovative educational methods
