Preschool Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to promote holistic childhood development.
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support early intervention strategies, special education needs, and overall child welfare.
  • Conduct lesson planning tailored to individual learning styles and developmental stages, including toddler care and preschool experience.
  • Monitor student progress through observations, assessments, and standardized testing to inform instruction and support tutoring efforts when needed.
  • Foster positive communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to early childhood education.
  • Maintain a clean, safe classroom environment adhering to childcare standards and daycare regulations while managing classroom supplies and resources efficiently.

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience in preschool or daycare settings is essential, with a strong background in early childhood education preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques tailored for young learners.
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education or early intervention programs.
  • Knowledge of Montessori methods or other specialized educational approaches is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members effectively.
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment is beneficial.
  • Previous private school or daycare experience is a plus; certification in childhood development or teaching physical education is desirable but not required.
