WHAT YOU WILL DO AT INSPIRE

• Create a warm, nurturing classroom where toddlers feel safe and love following the NYS Daycare regulations.
• Support social, emotional and developmental growth through play-based learning.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Build strong relationships with families through detailed daily communication.
• Keep a clean, fresh classroom following NYS standards and company expectations.
• Be flexible, positive, and ready to have FUN while making a difference.

• Experience in childcare or early education (but we love to train the right people!)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum high school diploma
• Experience in early childhood, childcare, or babysitting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Psychology, Sociology, or another related field.
