Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, dependable, and creative 3-year-old Preschool Teacher to join our Pre-K team. The ideal candidate brings a genuine love for working with young children, a strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices, and the ability to create a structured yet engaging classroom that supports a variety of learning styles.

This position is for our 3-4 year old class that runs from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. The opportunity is available to work 8:30 - 3:30 as well for full day chidlren.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for children ages 3–4
• Create a warm and well-managed classroom environment
• Build strong, professional relationships with families through regular communication
• Observe, assess, and support each child’s development in alignment with ODJFS licensing standards
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to support program goals and initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or related experience
• Is patient, positive, and genuinely enjoys working with young children
• Understands (or is eager to learn) Ohio Early Learning Standards and ODJFS regulations
• Values building meaningful connections with children and families
• Can balance structure, consistency, and fun in the classroom
• Is a reliable team player with strong communication skills
