Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum while addressing the individual needs of each child.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves.
• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Assess and document children's progress through standardized testing and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
• Participate in curriculum development to ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or those requiring additional tutoring.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, ensuring all materials are accessible and safe for children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in private school settings or daycare environments is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management.
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles within the classroom.
• A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning.
