Preschool Teacher

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced Co-Teacher to join our small, play-based preschool family! Our program has been serving local families for over 30 years, maintaining full enrollment and a wonderful reputation in the community.

About Us:
We’re a licensed, play-based home preschool with 12 children and 3 teachers. We pride ourselves on providing an age-appropriate program for 2–4-year-olds, supporting social-emotional growth and development while introducing thematic and emergent curriculum.

Shift: We can offer a flexible schedule 30–40 hours, w 4 or 5 day weeks is also an option, tbd based on applicant schedule flexibility & current staffing.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a minimum of 1 year of paid experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (Required)
• Loves play-based learning and fostering early social-emotional skills
• Enjoys teamwork, creativity, and positive communication
• Is dependable, flexible, and brings warmth to the classroom every day

Preferred:

• ECE coursework or units
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience with emergent or play based curriculum
