We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their earliest stages of education. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate early childhood education principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
  • Plan engaging lessons that support childhood development milestones and promote social-emotional learning.
  • Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers and preschoolers.
  • Use effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Support early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays through tailored activities and collaboration with specialists.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing standards when applicable.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to foster a collaborative approach to learning.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.
  • Knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention practices, and special education needs.
  • Proven ability to develop curriculum content that supports literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional growth.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori methods is preferred.
  • Experience with classroom experience involving toddler care or preschool age groups is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with childcare regulations, child welfare standards, and best practices in classroom management.
