Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality education and care for preschool-aged children while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and observational methods.
- Employ behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Provide toddler care as needed, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of each child are met.
- Teach physical education activities that promote motor skills and physical health.
- Support childhood development through age-appropriate educational practices.
- Offer tutoring assistance to students who may need additional support in specific areas.
Experience
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in classroom management and lesson planning are essential.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and behavior management strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is highly desirable.
- Experience in teaching physical education or related activities is beneficial.
