Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum aligned with educational standards and learning objectives
• Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and conflict resolution among children
• Prepare instructional materials, learning resources, and classroom setups to facilitate effective lesson delivery
• Engage children in literacy education, math activities, physical education, and creative play to promote holistic development
• Collaborate with specialists in special education and early childhood development to support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations
• Use learning technology platforms (LMS) to track student progress, document activities, and communicate with parents or guardians
• Assist in tutoring or individualized instruction sessions to reinforce learning concepts and support student success

Requirements

• Prior experience working with young children in preschool or childcare settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development theories, and classroom management strategies
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and instructional design
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members, parents, and students effectively
• Ability to manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and conflict management skills
• Proficiency in using learning technology tools such as LMS platforms for documentation and communication purposes
• Certification or coursework related to early childhood education or Montessori methods is advantageous
