Preschool Teacher

**Overview** We are seeking a caring and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children, fostering their growth and development, and creating a nurturing environment that encourages learning and exploration. **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans to promote early childhood education - Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues - Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness - Implement effective behavior management strategies to support children's social and emotional development - Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum that aligns with the principles of early childhood education - Provide individualized tutoring and literacy education to children who require additional support - Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and daily activities - Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and any concerns or issues that may arise **Skills** - Experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting - Strong educational background in early childhood education or a related field - Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans and curriculum - Experience with behavior management and conflict resolution - Proven track record of providing literacy education and tutoring to young children - Familiarity with best practices in early childhood education and childcare - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations - Passion for creating a positive and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Preschool Teacher: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Required)
