Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating preschool-aged children, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development through engaging activities and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
• Provide care while ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in the classroom.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding child welfare.
• Engage in curriculum development that incorporates diverse learning styles and interests.
• Maintain an organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.

Requirements

• Experience working in a preschool or private school setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and physical activity.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.

Pay: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
