Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating preschool-aged children, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development through engaging activities and curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
- Provide care while ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in the classroom.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding child welfare.
- Engage in curriculum development that incorporates diverse learning styles and interests.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Experience working in a preschool or private school setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and physical activity.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
