Open Roles for the 2026–2027 School Year

Two-Year-Old Teacher

Part-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Floater Teacher

Part-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Care for and nurture two-year-olds during an important stage of emotional, social, and physical growth.
• Change diapers regularly with attentiveness and proper hygiene practices.
• Support toddlers through big feelings with patience, consistency, and a calm presence.
• Plan fun, hands-on activities that encourage language, movement, creativity, and social development.
• Help children learn routines like hand washing, snack time, sharing, and cleaning up.
• Create a classroom environment where children feel safe, loved, confident, and excited to learn.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom for active little learners.
• Communicate clearly with families about daily care, milestones, and classroom experiences.
• Work closely with your co-teacher and Preschool Director in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines while helping make each day joyful and memorable.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 12 Core Early Childhood Education Units required.
• Experience with toddlers (ages 24–36 months) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with diapering, toileting transitions, and meeting physical care needs throughout the day.
• Patience, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm during challenging toddler moments.
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing, attentive presence.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete licensing requirements.
