Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods when applicable.
  • Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages social-emotional growth, positive behavior management, and active participation.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor each child's progress in areas such as literacy education, math skills, physical development, and overall childhood development.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, motor, and language skills while integrating special education strategies and early intervention techniques when needed.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, behavioral insights, and developmental milestones effectively.
  • Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure a safe, organized environment conducive to learning and childcare.
  • Incorporate classroom experience with diverse student needs by applying inclusive teaching practices tailored for toddlers and preschoolers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool settings or daycare environments.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and behavior management techniques.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, standardized testing preparation, and literacy education strategies.
  • Experience with classroom management tools and methods to foster an engaging learning environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students’ families.
  • Background in special education or early intervention programs is highly desirable.
  • Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; Montessori certification is a plus.
