Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and qualified Preschool Teacher for our 3-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, understands child development, and creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities
• Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and daily activities
• Encourage positive behavior and classroom routines
• Complete required assessments, reports, and documentation
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
• Follow all licensing and health/safety regulations

Qualifications

• CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) required
• Experience working with 3-year-old children preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development and classroom management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• DCF 45 Hours completed
• Ability to lift, bend, and actively engage with children throughout the day

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
