Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate early intervention strategies, literacy education, and Montessori methods to support diverse learning needs.
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking across subjects such as math, physical education, and basic science.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques to create a respectful and inclusive environment conducive to learning.
- Support children’s social-emotional growth by fostering communication skills, empathy, and cooperation among students.
- Conduct assessments of individual progress using standardized testing methods and maintain detailed records of each child's development milestones.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educational professionals to ensure holistic child welfare and tailored support plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages active participation and independent exploration.
Requirements
- Proven classroom management experience in early childhood education or preschool settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, including special education needs and early intervention techniques.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education strategies such as phonics and reading readiness.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods, toddler care practices, and classroom experience with children of various age groups within preschool environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs while maintaining a structured classroom environment.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
