We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Early Childhood Educator who is committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with families, children, and team members.
• Has completed DCF training and/or other early childhood education and child development coursework or is willing to complete required training.
• Has previous experience working in a preschool, childcare setting, or with young children.
• Can implement curriculum while incorporating creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning experiences into weekly lesson plans.
• Creates a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports children's growth and development.
• Is eager to learn, grow professionally, and contribute as part of a collaborative team.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Full-time position

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
