Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood education journey. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
  • Support children's emotional well-being through positive behavior management strategies and individualized attention.
  • Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental milestones, and any special needs or interventions required.
  • Incorporate the Creative Curriculum development approaches to enhance learning experiences.
  • Conduct GOLD Assessments to monitor developmental progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
  • Collaborate with a Instructional Oversight contractor three times per week to manage classroom routines efficiently and strengthen teacher-child interactions.

Skills

  • Extensive experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including toddler care and early intervention programs.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early literacy education techniques.
  • Proficiency in Creative Curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management to create engaging learning environments.
  • Familiarity with special education needs and inclusive teaching practices to support diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and community partners.

This listening will close on July 17th, 2026. Contract timeline for this position is July 2026- June 2027.

Pay: $64,591.00 per year
